Returns:
At STRAPSANDBRASS.COM, our goal is to ensure that you're 100% satisfied with your purchase right out of the box. If you're not satisfied for whatever reason, we will gladly accept your return provided that it adheres to our policy below.
Return Policy:
Returns are acceptable for refund within 15 business days of the delivery date (based on the UPS/USPS official delivery confirmation). You are responsible for the return shipping fee.
We accept returns for unused, unwashed, or factory defective products. Used products are not eligible for return.
Returned products must be in the same condition as when it was received, with all original tags attached and in their original wrapping material.
All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
Return Instructions:
1. Send an email to service@strapsandbrass.com with your name, order number, item SKU, and a reason for the return.
2. Wait for us to send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We may ask you for additional information such as photos in the case of defective products.
3. Print our email message containing the RMA number and include it in the package in which you wish to return your item.
4. If the return is determined to be eligible, we will initiate the refund to your original payment instrument. Please note that, depending on your payment method, it may take 2-10 business days for the credit to show up.
Exchanges:
For exchanges, the same policy for returns applies. To initiate an exchange, follow the steps for initiating a return as above; except in this case, please remember to include the item SKU of the product for which you'd like to exchange in your email.
